Processing
Once your order is placed, our team needs a little time to carefully prepare it. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will typically begin processing the same day.

Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The most suitable carrier for your order will be selected at our discretion based on your location and package specifics.

Delivery Time
After processing, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping. This means your total delivery window is typically 4-7 business days from the moment you complete your order.

Shipping Costs
Good news — we offer free standard shipping on every single order to all addresses in the continental United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey directly to your doorstep.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods. We are not liable for delays once a package is in the possession of the carrier, but we will always do our best to help you track it down.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Puulandbearr is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
