We want you to love your Puulandbearr items, but if something isn’t right, our return process is straightforward and entirely free.

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return. Requests made after this period cannot be honored.

What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging that protects the product during transit.
  • Defective or incorrect items are, of course, fully covered under this policy — please detail the issue when you contact us.

Items not meeting these criteria may be declined at our discretion and returned to you.

How to Initiate a Return
Do not send anything back without first contacting us. Simply email our customer care team at info@puulandbearr.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs
All returns are completely free of charge. We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we never charge any restocking or handling fees. You will not be asked to cover any return postage.

Refund Process
Once your return package is received at our facility, we will inspect the items. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your unwanted item for a full refund using the process above, and place a new order for what you’d like.
